I gave small Gigabit package a try. Setup was instant once I payed. Getting settled and starting is really easy and quick, it`s pretty much automated.

Server is in the US and I expected some problems regarding speeds since I`m in Europe. I`ve had no problems with ftp( don`t have speedy connection though). But I was surprised with speeds in the swarm. I`ve seen few peaks of 20MB/s on the download side, but upload was surprisingly low. I`m not sure if I got 10MB/s even once. Even on really good swarms I couldn`t get over 5MB/s constant. In my opinion, for Gbit connection that is really disappointing.

Support is good, ticket based. I got my response in an hour or two, which is good. There is no other way of support. Irc is pretty inactive.

Conclusion: You are better off with 100Mbit connection than 1Gbit imo. Combination of number of users on the server and the fact that it`s located in the US means that you won`t get great speed on most trackers.

Tried them a while back, not sure how up to date I am but I can only recommend the service. Speed was great, was down once, support was fast and helpful and price was def. alright.
